These terms govern your use of this website. By using it, you accept them.

What this site is

This website exists to describe who we are, in general terms, to people who have reason to look us up. It is informational. It is not a prospectus, an offering memorandum, or marketing material for any investment.

Not an offer

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or interest in any entity. We do not manage capital for third parties, we do not accept outside investment, and we are not registered or licensed to do either. If you have arrived here looking to invest alongside us, we are not able to help.

Not advice

Nothing here is legal, financial, tax, accounting or investment advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from someone you have engaged to give it.

Accuracy

We aim to keep this site accurate, but it is a general description of a private company at a moment in time. It is not comprehensive, it will go out of date, and we are under no obligation to update it. We deliberately do not publish a list of our holdings, and the absence of information here should not be read as a statement about what we do or do not own.

If you are assessing us as a counterparty, rely on the documents we give you directly and on your own enquiries, not on this website.

Intellectual property

The text, design, photographs and marks on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may read the site, print it and quote briefly from it with attribution. You may not republish it, copy its design, or use our name or marks in a way that suggests a relationship that does not exist.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or the systems behind it, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages.
